Write return address on a piece of paper and stick on the back of the phone.
Send the device only, no accessories.
Should take roughly 2 weeks if sent from within Australia.

If the device is not compatible we will not be able to perform the flashing service. If the device model number matches one of the model numbers above, it is compatible. To find the model number, go to: Settings > About phone > Model & Hardware.
Usually phones take around a year from initial release to have custom ROM support, and sometimes they never get it.
